These conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Qu\u00e9bec. For any questions: <em>contact@endf.ca<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-658fcd5b249db7b85359638189689158\" style=\"color:#c9a84c\"><strong>Registration &amp; payments<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>How do I register for a course?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is done online on our website. It is personal and non-transferable. Your spot is confirmed\nonly once all fees have been paid. If your employer is covering tuition, payment must be received no later\nthan 7 days before the first lesson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>What fees do I need to pay?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Course or package fees \u2014 Variable depending on duration, type of course, and level.<br>2) Annual registration fee \u2014 Required for any first registration of the year. Valid for 12 months. Covers\nadministrative fees, platform management, and access to reduced rates on workshops and cultural\nactivities.<br><em><strong>Non-refundable and non-transferable<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>If I join a session already in progress, do I pay full price?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. Students joining a session already in progress must pay the full amount for the session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>What is the validity of packages (private and corporate courses)?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Private courses and exam preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10-hour package: valid 2 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20-hour package: valid 3 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30-hour package: valid 5 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corporate courses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>24-hour package: valid 5 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>64-hour package: valid 10 months<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forfait 64 h : validit\u00e9 10 mois<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Any unused hours after the validity period are forfeited, with no refund or credit.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Is a placement test required?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, a placement test is required for all new students or after an absence of more than 12 months.<br>Complete beginners (A1.1) are exempt. Students with a recent official assessment (TEF, TCF, DELF,\nDALF issued within the last 2 years) may register directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>The placement test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any date change requires one (1) business\nday's notice.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4a7c7c4018f01bff8f40b1a4a9a1de46\" style=\"color:#c9a84c\"><strong>How courses work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>What happens if the group is too small?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6 or more students:<\/strong> the session proceeds as scheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 students:<\/strong> the session may be converted to a semi-private format with the same curriculum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fewer than 5 students:<\/strong> the course may be postponed or cancelled. A full refund is issued if no\nalternative is offered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Can the teacher be replaced?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes. ENDF reserves the right to assign and replace teachers at any time, without notice. This does not\nentitle students to any refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>What are the punctuality and late arrival rules?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Without prior notice:<\/em> the teacher waits up to 15 minutes, after which the session is considered completed\nand billed.<br><em>With prior notice by email:<\/em> the teacher may wait up to 30 minutes. Time elapsed cannot be made up or\nrefunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>How many reschedules are allowed?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Private courses and exam preparation (48 h notice required):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under 10 h: 1 reschedule max<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10-hour package: 1 reschedule max<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20-hour package: 2 reschedules max<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30-hour package: 3 reschedules max<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corporate courses (24 h notice required):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Under 10 h: 1 reschedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24-hour package: 2 reschedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>48-hour package: 4 reschedules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>64-hour package: 6 reschedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reschedules are subject to teacher availability and expire at the end of the package validity period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>When can a student be expelled?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any violent, disrespectful, or discriminatory behaviour may result in permanent expulsion, with no refund\nor appeal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:42px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5683c6f98499ca65ecd68de4018cfea2\" style=\"color:#c9a84c\"><strong>Annulations, remboursements, transferts et D\u00e9claration de confidentialit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Can I cancel my registration before the course begins?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>More than 7 business days before the start:<\/strong> refund possible, minus $75 administrative fee. Annual\nregistration fees remain due.<br><strong>Less than 7 business days before the start:<\/strong> no refund, but the amount can be converted to a credit valid for 1\nyear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>All requests must be sent by email to contact@endf.ca<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>Can I transfer my registration to another session?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 or more business days before the start: transfer at no charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Less than 5 business days before the start: credit issued, minus a $75 fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfers are subject to availability. Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>What happens in case of a medical emergency?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon presentation of an official medical certificate, no tuition fees will be charged. A refund or credit\nmay be issued depending on the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>How do credits work?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid for 1 year from the date of issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applicable toward any service or product offered by the school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Non-transferable to another person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Not exchangeable for a cash refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>What if ENDF cancels the course?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No fees will be charged. A full refund is issued if no alternative is proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary><strong>How is my personal data protected?<\/strong><\/summary>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ENDF only collects data necessary for administrative and educational management (name, email, phone,\nlevel). This information is never shared with third parties without your consent. For corrections:\ncontact@endf.ca<br>By participating in ENDF courses and activities, you authorize the use of photos and videos taken during\nclasses or events for the school's promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>No mobile information will be shared with third parties\/affiliates for marketing\/promotional purposes.
