Message Frequency<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services and your enrollment status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Costs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>ENDF does not charge for SMS services; however, <strong>message and data rates may apply<\/strong> depending on your mobile service provider and plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. How to Opt-out<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text <strong>STOP<\/strong> o our number. After you send <strong>STOP<\/strong>, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
