Required Information<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To help us process your request efficiently, please include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your full name and contact information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A detailed description of the situation or service involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The date of the incident (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The desired outcome or resolution you are seeking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Process and Timelines<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Acknowledgment:<\/strong> We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within <strong>3 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Review:<\/strong> Your case will be reviewed fairly and impartially.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resolution:<\/strong> We commit to providing a detailed written response and a proposed resolution within a maximum of <strong>10 business days<\/strong> after receiving the complaint.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.
