La gastronom\u00eda es una forma de pertenecer, una manera deliciosa de practicar franc\u00e9s y de comprender la identidad local. Naci\u00f3 en los a\u00f1os 50 y se convirti\u00f3 en un emblema de orgullo nacional. Es uno de esos platos que, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del debate gastron\u00f3mico, une a todos en una misma frase: \u201cOn prend une poutine ?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00f3nde probarla:<br><br>\u2022 La Poule Mouill\u00e9e (Plateau Mont-Royal): la favorita local, con toque portugu\u00e9s-qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois y filas que valen la pena.<br>\u2022 Fromagerie Victoria: se dice que la primera poutine es originaria de Victoriaville y los qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois aseguran que aqu\u00ed se come una de las mejores. Pan de centeno, mostaza amarilla y carne ahumada durante horas: una receta que mezcla ra\u00edces jud\u00edas y esp\u00edritu qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois. Cada regi\u00f3n guarda su receta, pero el esp\u00edritu es el mismo: familia, calor y gratitud.
