All complaints must be submitted in writing to our administration department:

2. Required Information
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- A detailed description of the situation or service involved.
- The date of the incident (if applicable).
- The desired outcome or resolution you are seeking.
3. Process and Timelines
- Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
- Review: Your case will be reviewed fairly and impartially.
- Resolution: We commit to providing a detailed written response and a proposed resolution within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving the complaint.
4. Confidentiality
All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy.
