At École Nationale de Français (ENDF), we are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we encourage you to let us know so we can continue to improve.

1. How to Submit a Complaint

All complaints must be submitted in writing to our administration department:

2. Required Information

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A detailed description of the situation or service involved.
  • The date of the incident (if applicable).
  • The desired outcome or resolution you are seeking.

3. Process and Timelines

  1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days.
  2. Review: Your case will be reviewed fairly and impartially.
  3. Resolution: We commit to providing a detailed written response and a proposed resolution within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving the complaint.

4. Confidentiality

All complaints are handled with strict confidentiality, in accordance with our privacy policy.
