Registration & payments
How do I register for a course?
Registration is done online on our website. It is personal and non-transferable. Your spot is confirmed only once all fees have been paid. If your employer is covering tuition, payment must be received no later than 7 days before the first lesson.
What fees do I need to pay?
1) Course or package fees — Variable depending on duration, type of course, and level.
2) Annual registration fee — Required for any first registration of the year. Valid for 12 months. Covers
administrative fees, platform management, and access to reduced rates on workshops and cultural
activities.
Non-refundable and non-transferable
If I join a session already in progress, do I pay full price?
Yes. Students joining a session already in progress must pay the full amount for the session.
What is the validity of packages (private and corporate courses)?
Private courses and exam preparation:
- 10-hour package: valid 2 months
- 20-hour package: valid 3 months
- 30-hour package: valid 5 months
Corporate courses:
- 24-hour package: valid 5 months
- 64-hour package: valid 10 months
- Forfait 64 h : validité 10 mois
Any unused hours after the validity period are forfeited, with no refund or credit.
Is a placement test required?
Yes, a placement test is required for all new students or after an absence of more than 12 months.
Complete beginners (A1.1) are exempt. Students with a recent official assessment (TEF, TCF, DELF,
DALF issued within the last 2 years) may register directly.
The placement test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any date change requires one (1) business
day's notice.
How courses work
What happens if the group is too small?
- 6 or more students: the session proceeds as scheduled.
- 5 students: the session may be converted to a semi-private format with the same curriculum.
- Fewer than 5 students: the course may be postponed or cancelled. A full refund is issued if no alternative is offered.
Can the teacher be replaced?
Yes. ENDF reserves the right to assign and replace teachers at any time, without notice. This does not entitle students to any refund.
What are the punctuality and late arrival rules?
Without prior notice: the teacher waits up to 15 minutes, after which the session is considered completed
and billed.
With prior notice by email: the teacher may wait up to 30 minutes. Time elapsed cannot be made up or
refunded.
How many reschedules are allowed?
Private courses and exam preparation (48 h notice required):
- Under 10 h: 1 reschedule max
- 10-hour package: 1 reschedule max
- 20-hour package: 2 reschedules max
- 30-hour package: 3 reschedules max
Corporate courses (24 h notice required):
- Under 10 h: 1 reschedule
- 24-hour package: 2 reschedules
- 48-hour package: 4 reschedules
- 64-hour package: 6 reschedules
Reschedules are subject to teacher availability and expire at the end of the package validity period.
When can a student be expelled?
Any violent, disrespectful, or discriminatory behaviour may result in permanent expulsion, with no refund or appeal.

Can I cancel my registration before the course begins?
More than 7 business days before the start: refund possible, minus $75 administrative fee. Annual
registration fees remain due.
Less than 7 business days before the start: no refund, but the amount can be converted to a credit valid for 1
year.

Can I transfer my registration to another session?
- 5 or more business days before the start: transfer at no charge.
- Less than 5 business days before the start: credit issued, minus a $75 fee.
Transfers are subject to availability. Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
What happens in case of a medical emergency?
Upon presentation of an official medical certificate, no tuition fees will be charged. A refund or credit may be issued depending on the situation.
How do credits work?
- Valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Applicable toward any service or product offered by the school
- Non-transferable to another person
- Not exchangeable for a cash refund
What if ENDF cancels the course?
No fees will be charged. A full refund is issued if no alternative is proposed.
How is my personal data protected?
ENDF only collects data necessary for administrative and educational management (name, email, phone,
level). This information is never shared with third parties without your consent. For corrections:

By participating in ENDF courses and activities, you authorize the use of photos and videos taken during
classes or events for the school's promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
